VEG RECIPES Appetizers Aloo Tikki Dahi Boondi Mac n Cheese Upma Baking Basics Dals Beans Soups Desserts Dry Veg Gravy Veg Parathas Raita Salad Chutney Rice Noodles Pasta Snacks Aloo Tikki Potato patties that can be served as appetizers or used as veg burger patties. Ingredients : 2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes Finely chopped coriander Salt as per taste Oil for shallow frying Spices : 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp chat masala 2 green chillies finely chopped or as per taste Directions : 1 Combine all the spices and coriander in the boiled and mashed potatoes and knead it well. Texture of the mashed potatoes should be smooth ( dough like) . 2 Make 12 equal balls out of the potato mixture. 3 Coat it with breadcrumbs and shallow fry in a pan on medium heat for about 3- 4 min on each side. 4 Serve it with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
