Wheat Cookies |
Wheat cookies is a healthy snack for your fussy toddler.
It is a healthy, nutrituos,calorie dense and above all homemade. Its a cookie but it is not junk so definitely all you moms its worth giving a try.

Ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp milk if required
Spices :
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
Directions :
| 1 | Combine all the dry ingredients and add butter (should be at room temperature) to the dry ingredients. |
| 2 | Knead into a soft dough. Add little milk to help it come together. |
| 3 | Make balls 1 inch in diameter and flatten them in the middle. |
| 4 | Preheat oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 10 min and bake the cookies for 15 min. |
Note :
- Temperature intensity in each oven differs so need to keep an eye after 10 min.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
- You may substitute milk powder with 1/4 cup wheat flour.
