Rava Ladoo
Ingredients :
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
0.25 cup fine semolina
0.25 cup condensed milk
0.25 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee
Directions :
1. Grind the coconut flakes into fine powder.
2.Add 2tsp ghee in a pan and roast the semolina for 5 min on medium heat.
3.Add coconut and mix it well with the semolina and turn off the heat.
4. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and remaining ghee and mix everything very well.
5. Form round ball about 1.5 inch in diameter while the mixture is still hot.
Tip :
Apply ghee on palms beforing forming ladoos.
