Methi Thepla
Ingredients :
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tsp red chilli powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of fennel powder
2 cloves garlic grated
0.75 cup water
2 tbsp Oil
Directions :
1. Combine all the above ingredients well.
2. Add water little at a time and form a dough , consistency similar to that of chapati flour.
3. Let the dough rest for 15 min.
4. Divide the dough in 6 equal parts.
5. Roll the dough to 6 inch diameter circles.
6. Roast the thepla on hot griddle on both the sides till u get brown spots.
7. Apply oil on both the sides.
