BABYFOOD Nachniche Satva Wheat Cookies Nachniche Satva Nachanicha satva ( Ragi porridge) Ingredients: 2 tsp nachani satva 1 cup milk 0.5 tsp sugar 0.5 tsp amlond powder 0.5 sp dried dates powder pinch of cardamom powder Directions: 1. Dissolve nachani satva in 2 tbsp milk and set aside. 2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and add the dissolved nachani mixture to it and stir immediatly to prevent lump formation 3. Add almond powder and kharik powder .Let the mixture come to boil again and let it simmer on medium heat for 2 - 3 min 4. Add cardamom powder and the satva is ready to be served. Tips In case of lump formation pass it through a sieve , keep stirring with the help of a spoon.
